Skiing and snowboarding, like any other exercises, cause muscle fibres to contract and expand resulting in a break down of a portion of the cellular structure. The muscle becomes weak, tired and unresponsive – lacking co-ordination with other structures. When these cells, along with certain wastes and uric acids accumulate in the muscle, it loses its ability to function and demands rest.
HYDROTHERAPY SPA COUCH with its air massage, in connection with warm water speeds up the blood supply to the injured muscles and more importantly – helps remove the impure blood and broken cells.
